II. Heneral Luna

Bayan o Sarili?"
Is it really the question of our generation? Do we really need to choose between our country and ourselves? Do we really love our country that much that we will give up everything, even our lives?

What makes us Hero? What is hero, anyways?
      > Is a hero some kind of superheroes with superpowers?
      > Do we need to sacrifice ourselves just to be called a hero?
      > Can we call ourselves hero?
We can call ourselves hero, in our daily lives we can act like a true hero. Heroic action involves a voluntarily service to people, taking risks, and Initiated without expecting anything in return, We don't need to die for our country just to be heroes, all we have to do is make our country a  better place and cherish and re-live the freedom our hero gave us.

Antonio Luna de San Pedro y Novicio Ancheta also known as Antonio Luna "General Articulo Uno."
He was an Ilocano born on October 29, 1866. He was a  Filipino general who fought in the Philippine-American war.
         On August 13, 1898
            > He was the first who see action in Manila
President Emilio Aguinaldo with his cabinet were debating about the American presence here. Antonio Luna and Apolinario Mabini wanted Independence for the Philippines while Pedro Paterno and Felipe Bencamino supported the american occupation. American promised that they will help Philippines to win the country's freedom from Spaniards Unfortunately, Americans have in invaded Manila.
Luna with his people embark a campaign against American forces. During the battle commanded by General Otiz, Antonio Luna ask for reinforcement from kawit battalion. Luna assembles 4000 soldiers by declaring his infamous "Article One", stating that all who refuse to follow his orders shall be executed without the benefit of a trial in a military court. He also forms an elite unit sharpshooter. and assigns Lieutenant GarcĂa,his best marksman, as its commander.
              In 1898
                > PRIOR TO THE WAR.
On the night of 4 February 1899
                 >OUTBREAK OF THE WAR
               In 1899
                 > Luna sharpshooter and the Black Guard
Assassination
On 2 June 1899, Luna received two telegrams – one asked for help in launching a counterattack in San  Fernando,Pampanga the other signed by Aguinaldo himself, ordered him to go to the new capital at Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija to form a new cabinet.
        >The death of Luna, the most brilliant and capable of the Filipino generals at the time, was a decisive factor in the fight against the American forces. Despite mixed reactions on both the Filipino and American sides on the death of Luna,
