V. Cheers and Chants

i thought that this competition was one of the best and worst we did. Our team went through a lot we had our little misunderstanding but despite all those misunderstanding we still did our best and try to be one of the best group ever.

My experience from this competition is different from the other experiences in the past. To be honest this is the first time i did a competition like this and to tell you it was hard. The process of making the chants was obviously not that easy but i'm so relieved because i have a classmates who are really good in making chants.

I know for a fact that handling our section was not that easy because everyone loves to chitchat with their seatmate and some of them were trying to sneak out and try not to attend the practice. We only practice for like five days and to be honest it was hard. trying to think about the position and all that. We used to stay at school until 5 or 6 in the evening just to finish everything.

I remember the last two days before the competition I can feel the pressure the tension between all of us that's the moment when people form our group started to scream at each other. I tried to understand everything because in that last two days we haven't finish everything yet. Some of us haven't memorize the chants and We haven't practice our actions yet so I know how hard it is for our leaders because the professor trusted them to do things.
Our leaders did everything they can to perfect everything up and guess what the did!

When the day of the competition arrives i can feel the adrenaline rush. The day before the competition we all agreed to be at school at 6 A.M to practice more so I went to school at 5:30 and when i got there I saw them doing the props so i helped them because some of our classmates were late, Typical. but anyways when the clocks strike's at 9 we all started to get ready i wore my costume, my classmates did my hair and i started to do my make up and i also did my classmate's make up. To be honest it was hard to put a make up on their faces because I'm only one and they're like 34 but i tried my best to be fast so i can finish all of them and I did thank God for that. after we did our make up we practiced and practiced.

When the clock strike's at 11 we went to MPH1 because the program happened there. The moment I enter the room i can feel my chest beating out of my heart and my hands are shaking and i felt like my legs just turned into a jelly. When it was our turn i was so nervous because i was at the front row my did my best and try to have fun and i think i pulled it through.

When the finally announced the winner we ended up 1st runner up and I told my self it was all worth it. The pain, My sacrifices and going home late. When the competition was over i told myself.

It was the best time of my life.

IV. Tatay Mong Kalbo

Tatay Mong Kalbo first play written by Romanian-French playwright Eugene Ionesco.
The Santos are a traditional couple from London who have invited another couple, the Ramos, over for a visit. They are joined later by the Santos' maid, Maria, and the local fire chief, who is also Maria's lover. The two families engage in meaningless banter, telling stories and relating nonsensical poems. At one point, Mrs. Ramos converses with her husband as if he were a stranger she just met. As the fire chief turns to leave, he mentions "Ang tatay mong kalbo" in passing, which has a very unsettling effect on the others. Mrs. Santos replies that "she always styles her hair the same way." After the Fire Chief's exit, the play devolves into a series of complete non-sequiturs with no resemblance to normal conversation. It ends with the two couples shouting in unison "It's not that way. It's over here!" right before a blackout occurs. When the lights come back on, the scene starts from the beginning with the Ramos reciting the Santos' lines from the beginning of the play for a while before the curtain closes.

The play shows us what is really happening in reality. Like the time they are wasting just to talk about different stories that is so meaningless. In reality we tend to do it wasting time for nothing we also love to gossip and talk about things about others.
Also the pride of Mr. and Mrs. Santos. they are always fighting and they always want to be right. Mrs. Santos for example she don't lie it when other people is right and she is wrong. Mr. Santos is an arrogant person.
This play only tells us what is really going on in reality our craziness, us wasting time and our pride.

I really enjoy watching the play because of the actors they kept me interested. At first i thought i'll be bored about this play but the moment the play start i focused on the play and try to understand everything that they're saying.

All in all, i enjoyed it and i love it and they leave me wanting more.

III. Turn Left, Turn Right

Turn Left, Turn Right is a 2003 joint Hong Kong-Singaporean romance film, filmed in Taipe , Taiwan. Produced and directed by Johnnie To and Wai Ka-Fai the film stars  Takeshi Kaneshiro and Gigi Lueng. The story is based on the illustrated book A Chance of Sunshine by Taiwanese author Jimmy Liao, who makes a cameo appearance with his wife and daughter in the film. It is also the first Chinese Language Asian film ever from produced and distributed by Warner Bros.
The original graphic novel was first published in 1999. The characters in the novel were not given names, both characters were only refereed to as "him" and "her". Chinese title of the book translates to "Turn Left, Turn Right", A Chance of Sunshine is the original English title of the book, on the newer published editions the English title is shown as "Turn Left, Turn Right". The book consists of a series of detailed illustrated images, with a small amount of text in poetry style. The film has managed to include every single image in the book with a high level of accuracy, although some are fleeting.

This story tells us how fate or destiny works. Our other half is out there waiting to be found. I always believe that i have someone out there who's also waiting for me.

Destiny the way one person, in a world with seven billion others, can find the only person with the key to unlock their heart. I believe that we usually found our destiny on a road we took to avoid and we don't meet people by accident, they are meant to cross our path for a reason.

Fate, We always say fate will find a way. I hundred percent agree to this because like on the movie "turn left, turn right" Fate brought them together and on the right time.

Everything happens for a reason all we have to do is wait. Don't find love let love find you because if you look for love you will end up hurting but if love finds us then I'm sure you'll have a beautiful love life. God always give us the people who will make our lives fun and beautiful. That is why we should wait for him. Let him do the rest.

      > Is a hero some kind of superheroes with superpowers?
      > Do we need to sacrifice ourselves just to be called a hero?
      > Can we call ourselves hero?
We can call ourselves hero, in our daily lives we can act like a true hero. Heroic action involves a voluntarily service to people, taking risks, and Initiated without expecting anything in return, We don't need to die for our country just to be heroes, all we have to do is make our country a  better place and cherish and re-live the freedom our hero gave us.

        >The death of Luna, the most brilliant and capable of the Filipino generals at the time, was a decisive factor in the fight against the American forces. Despite mixed reactions on both the Filipino and American sides on the death of Luna,
